REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

At ANF STUDIO, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services including Shopify development, custom websites, branding, digital marketing, and other offerings.

2. ADVANCE PAYMENT

All projects require an advance payment (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) before work begins. This advance payment is non-refundable as it covers the initial planning, research, and resource allocation for your project.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

Before Work Begins

If you cancel within 48 hours of making the advance payment and before any work has started, we will refund 80% of the advance payment. A 20% administrative fee will be retained.

During Project Execution

If you cancel during the project, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance will be refunded. If the work completed exceeds the amount paid, the outstanding balance will be invoiced.

After Project Completion

Refunds are not available after the project has been delivered and approved by the client. Once you have signed off on deliverables or the website/assets have gone live, no refunds will be issued.

Service Failure

If ANF STUDIO is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our own failure (not caused by client delays or incomplete information), we will offer a full refund of any payments made for undelivered work.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Third-party purchases made on your behalf (domains, hosting, Shopify subscriptions, plugins, stock images, premium themes)
  • Completed and approved milestone deliverables
  • Rush/priority fees
  • Consultation and strategy sessions already conducted
  • Marketing campaign spend (ad budgets paid to Google, Meta, etc.)

5. REFUND PROCESS

  • Submit a refund request via email to hello@anfstudio.com with your project details and reason for the request
  • We will review your request within 5 business days
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

6. PROJECT DELAYS BY CLIENT

If a project is delayed due to the client not providing required content, feedback, or assets within the agreed timeline, no refund will be issued. Projects inactive for more than 60 days due to client delays may be considered abandoned, and no refund will apply.

7. DISPUTES

If you are unsatisfied with our work, we encourage you to reach out to us first. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. We will work with you to address your concerns through revisions or adjustments before considering a refund.
