1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the ANF STUDIO website (www.anfstudio.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. SERVICES

ANF STUDIO provides digital services including but not limited to: Shopify store development, custom website development, brand identity design, digital marketing, SEO services, social media marketing, app development, and product photography. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be defined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

3. PROJECT AGREEMENTS

Each project undertaken by ANF STUDIO will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Project timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment schedule
• Number of revision rounds included
• Intellectual property ownership terms

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• A non-refundable advance payment (typically 30–50%) is required before project commencement
• Milestone payments are due as outlined in the project agreement
• Final payment is due before the handover of completed deliverables
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom-designed deliverables created specifically for their project, including website designs, brand assets, and custom code.

ANF STUDIO Rights: We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Assets: Stock images, fonts, plugins, and third-party tools used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline
• Ensure all content provided is original or properly licensed
• Provide accurate account credentials when required for project execution
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

7. REVISIONS & CHANGES

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as defined in the project agreement (typically 2–3 rounds). Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms will be quoted separately and billed at our standard hourly rate.

8. WARRANTY & SUPPORT

We provide a 30-day post-launch support period for bug fixes related to our deliverables. This does not cover issues arising from third-party updates, client modifications, or hosting problems. Extended maintenance and support packages are available separately.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ANF STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

10. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination. Advance payments are non-refundable. ANF STUDIO reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to meet payment obligations.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
